Sandhurst Professional IML Future Leaders Fund

Fund overview

The Sandhurst Professional IML Future Leaders Fund (Fund) aims to achieve, over the long-term, capital growth and some income and to deliver a return (after fees and expenses and before taxes) that is in excess of the S&P/ASX300 Accumulation Index (excluding S&P/ASX50 and Property Trusts) on a rolling four year basis.

Investment strategy

The Fund will primarily invest in a diversified portfolio of quality Australian shares outside the Top 50 shares listed on the ASX, where these assets are identified by the investment manager as being undervalued.

The target asset allocation within which Sandhurst Trustees will operate the Fund are detailed below:

Asset class Ranges
Australian shares (outside ASX top 50)
80-100%
Cash and cash equivalents 0-20%
Note: In exceptional market conditions the Fund may have higher levels of cash where, in our investment managers opinion, more attractive investment opportunities can not be found.
