Sandhurst Professional IML Industrial Share Fund

Fund overview

The Sandhurst Professional IML Industrial Share Fund (Fund) aims to achieve, over the long-term, capital growth and income by investing primarily in shares (including property trusts) listed in the S&P/ASX 300 Industrial Accumulation Index.

Investment strategy

The Fund invests primarily indirectly in a diversified portfolio of quality Australian industrial shares (and listed property trusts) included in the S&P/ASX 300 Industrial Accumulation Index, where these assets are identified by the investment manager as being undervalued.

The target asset allocation within which Sandhurst Trustees will operate the Fund are detailed below:

Asset class Ranges
Australian shares (industrial) 80-100%
Cash and cash equivalents 0-20%
Note: In exceptional market conditions the Fund may have higher levels of cash where, in our investment manager’s opinion, more attractive investment opportunities can not be found.
