Bendigo Managed Funds PDS

Since 1888, Sandhurst Trustees has been assisting Australian Families with their financial needs.  Today, Sandhurst Trustees’ range of services extends to funds management with approximately $3 billion under management, as at 31 March 2006.

Bendigo Managed Funds Sandhurst aims to create wealth for investors by providing a range of funds with diversified asset classes as well as Australian equity specific funds.  The Funds are all professionally managed by a selection of quality investment managers.

Sandhurst Common Funds The Sandhurst Common Funds are three separate managed investment schemes that each offer a straightforward and convenient way to invest for capital stability, liquidity and competitive returns.

Sandhurst Professional Series The Sandhurst Professional Series combines specialised investment management with a competitive management fee compared to traditional retail funds. The Share Funds require a minimum investment of $25,000 and the Cash Common Fund requires a minimum investment of $2,000. The Sandhurst Professional Series has been developed for investors seeking longer-term returns from investment in Australian and international equities with the added flexibility of a cash management style account.

Bendigo Managed Whls Funds These Funds are designed for investors who are able to make an initial contribution, and maintain a minimum balance, of at least $100,000 in any one fund or, in the case of the Sandhurst IML Industrial Share Fund, an initial contribution of at least $250,000.

Adelaide Cash Management Trust The Adelaide Cash Management Trust is designed to provide a stable investment with competitive returns, low management costs and at call access to funds. It is used as a cash hub for all investing activities, including settlements to and from share and managed fund trades and is well suited to self managed super funds.

AMF Yield Fund The AMF Yield Fund is an Enhanced Cash Fund offering an attractive return, with low risk, for the portion of a portfolio that is allocated to cash and fixed income.
