Sandhurst Common Funds

Sandhurst Common Funds PDS The Sandhurst Common Funds are three separate managed investment schemes that each offer a straightforward and convenient way to invest in a low risk environment, for liquidity and competitive returns.

  

Investment Common Fund This Fund aims to provide a fixed term investment that offers consistent returns by investing in a selected portfolio of Australian first registered mortgages and other securities.

Cash Common Fund This Fund aims to offer investors a professional money market style cash investment with the combination of competitive interest rates (when compared to traditional “at call” style bank accounts), regular income, capital stability and easy access to funds.

Select Mortgage Fund This Fund aims to provide consistent returns by providing investors the opportunity to invest in a broad selection of Australian first registered mortgage assets and other securities. At the beginning of each quarter, Sandhurst will announce an indicative rate of return for the fund.
